This includes SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, software, licenses, hardware, and more. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supplier performance, and cost efficiency across multiple functions such as R&D, IT, and Business Applications.About The Role:

Lead and mentor a team of procurement, managing the end-to-end procurement cycle across diverse technology categories.
Oversee and negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring optimal commercial and operational outcomes.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Manage the full purchasing lifecycle—from requisition to order generation, goods receipt, and issue resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Legal, Finance, IT, and Business teams to:
Define business needs and technical requirements
Refine specifications and scopes of work
Develop and execute sourcing strategies and category plans
Build strong, proactive relationships with business units to forecast demand and ensure procurement decisions align with company goals.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Analyze procurement data (e.g., spend, savings, vendor metrics) to drive insights and strategic planning.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through market trend analysis and supplier management best practices.
Drive global procurement process efficiency and enhance supplier partnerships.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in technology procurement, including at least 3 years in a global/international company.
4+ years of experience in team leadership or managerial roles.
Deep understanding of sourcing, contracting, and vendor management within tech procurement.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a significant advantage.
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
