Information Security Infrastructure Team Lead

• Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing information security policies within the infrastructure domain.

• Work closely and coordinate with InfoSec teams and other technology departments.

• Provide security guidance and support for infrastructure-related organizational projects.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and issues on a 24/7 basis.

• Continuously improve infrastructure readiness and incident response capabilities.

• Drive enhancements in systems and processes based on security policies and organizational needs.

• Support internal and external security audits.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure-focused information security roles within large organizations.

• Proven experience in leading infrastructure-level security solutions.

• 3+ years of experience managing security teams or projects.

• Deep familiarity with various security products such as AV, EDR, file sanitization systems, OPSWAT, Microsoft Defender, DLP, and Proxy solutions.

• Experience in financial institutions or other highly regulated environments - significant advantage.

• Strong knowledge and experience with PIM systems, vaults, and F5 ASM - an advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud environments from a security perspective - an advantage.

• Relevant vendor certifications - an advantage.

• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
