- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including thought leadership, remarketing, and audience engagement.
- Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and AI-driven strategies to enhance campaign precision and effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI maximization.
- Create and refine audience targeting strategies using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and intent-based targeting.
- Collaborate with content marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaign messaging with broader marketing objectives.
- Analyze key performance metrics, including MQLs and SQLs, to generate actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) to track performance, measure attribution, and optimize conversions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continuously testing and implementing new ad formats and strategies.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social PPC campaigns in an agency or tech company.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of tracking infrastructure, including pixel/CAPI setups and offline conversion tracking.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, experimentation, and iteration.
- Experience building campaigns from scratch, including creative strategy and audience segmentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with design, content, and product teams.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to create and scale ad creatives.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions.
