A central Israel-based project company specializing in electronic design, engineering, and manufacturing is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.Key Responsibilities:Lead the quality assurance function across the companyWrite, define, and implement procedures and protocolsHandle FAI, service calls, customer audits, annual ISO audits, and statistical performance metricsManage MRB processes, client audits, and oversee quality inspectorsRequirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a QA Manager in a similar industry
Proven experience in the aerospace and/or defense industry - mandatory
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards - mandatory
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electronic drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
High attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to work overtime when needed
