- Managing and documenting support activities, tasks, and existing solutions in the support system
- Onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring smooth transitions and access to necessary IT resources
- Managing and supporting internal organizational systems
- Installing new laptops and desktops
- authentication and access systems, shared folders, and supporting various internal systems
- Assisting with technical troubleshooting of network and hardware issues
- Strong ability to document, develop, and implement IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex issues

- 3-5 years of experience as a Help Desk Specialist
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments
- Experience with service desk operations and IT asset management platforms
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining Windows and Linux operating systems
- Proven experience with Active Directory, Entra ID & MDM solutions
- Experience administrating Microsoft 365 applications such as: Exchange, SharePoint & Teams
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to multimedia and printers' equipment
- Proficiency in English
