- In collaboration with the SVP, Global Head of People and Technology, partner with Israel senior leadership to support the success of the business and maximize the performance of the employee population.
- Partner with the internal corporate Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and internal HR team members if applicable, to facilitate the hiring of professional roles.
- Partner with outsourced recruiting vendor and hiring managers to facilitate hiring of facility roles.
- Manage all onboarding and offboarding of human resources related activities for non-corporate staff members.
- Partner with the Global Head of Talent on all matters pertaining to the annual employee performance review process, engagement survey, and developmental programs.
- Partner with the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits on all matters pertaining to employee compensation, including compensation increases, promotions, merit increases, short- and long-term incentive programs.
- Work with internal partners to create and manage the annual Israel welfare budget and plan for all internal celebrations, events and employee gifts.
- Ensure consistent and on-time employee data integrity through support of Workday HRIS as the one true source of employee data.
- Work in partnership with the Finance team to support payroll related reviews.
- Support employee relations matters, discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with non-corporate leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Administers policies and processes to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Supports the employee population by facilitating the relationship between employees and supervisors, as well as addressing questions and concerns.
- Collaborates with other organizational leaders and internal/external advisors to ensure the company’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommends changes to policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Participate in the annual Human Resource budget creation for the location.
- Performs other duties as required.
- An HR professional with a proven record of developing collaborative partnerships with leaders
- Creative thinker, problem solver and idea generator.
- Strong oral and written communication skills both English and Hebrew.
- 7+ years of HR experience.
- Experience working within a global HR team structure is preferred.
- Broad exposure to most HR functions including organizational development, change management, recruiting, compensation, benefits and HR administration.
- Proved aptitude to work within a HRIS. Workday knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to form relationships and influence.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing, highly collaborative environment.
- Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations, as well as handle multiple competing priorities.
- Able to exercise sound judgement and discretion.
