Junior Sales Coordinator

- Manage and update our CRM system (e.g., lead tracking, data entry, deal stages)
- Prepare and send out offers, proposals, and quotes to clients
- Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks and follow-ups
- Track and manage client communications and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments (like delivery and finance) to ensure smooth operations
- 1-2 years in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or coordinator role - ideally in a tech or business environment - advantage
- Strong communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional - must
- Excellent written and spoken English (native or fluent) - must
- Highly organized with attention to detail - must
- Experience handling communication with clients
- Experience preparing documents or quotes/offers
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Eager to learn and hungry to grow within the role
- A degree in business administration/ economics or other related field - must
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive - advantage
