Leading our CRM and website personalization strategy, you'll ensure every user gets the right message at the right time. With A/B testing and creative experimentation, you'll refine what works-while collaborating closely with product, design, and sales to create seamless, engaging experiencesRequirements:What Will Make You Stand Out?

3+ years in growth marketing or a similar role
Strategic thinker with a creative, analytical mindset
Experience with CRM systems and website optimization
Proven track record in conversion and engagement growth
Strong communicator with a bias for action and experimentation
