- Manage customer projects from kickoff through to vehicle production, ensuring full-cycle support and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all project activities are commercially aligned and executed efficiently.
- Act as a central liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, Production, and Mobileye clients to deliver seamless customer service.
- Prepare quotations and Change Requests (CRs), including cost assessments and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate billing processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations promptly.
- Work with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular performance reports for management.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose actionable improvements.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales and operations workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience from similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge with Salesforce and Net Suite - an advantage
