Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!We are looking for a System Testing Department Head for an exciting and challenging position!This is a full-time position, On-site in Netanya.Responsibilities

Manage the system testing domain within the organization, including planning and executing tests on complex systems
Develop comprehensive test plans for systems based on advanced technologies.Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing
Identify, resolve, and document defects encountered during testing
Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve system quality and integrity.Implement automation of testing processes where applicable
Train and professionally manage the testing team
Generate detailed reports on testing results with recommendations for improvement

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in system testing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role - Must
Ability to lead and manage technical teams - Must
Experience in testing large, complex systems, including integration testing - Must
Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing- Must
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM)
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps frameworks
Experience with cloud-based systems or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) - an advantage
