As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end processes as well as identifying and engaging top talent.The perfect candidate should possess a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, but most importantly, have a can-do approach and positive energy.Responsibilities:
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics
Source talent through internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals
Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques
Work with data to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process
Proactively initiate projects/programs to solve bottlenecks and challenges within the recruitment process
Requirements:
2+ years of in-house recruiting and sourcing experience
Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team's success
Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements
Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
