We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join IAI's Aviation DivisionThe position includes:

Defining infrastructure for production and assembly processes

Writing work instructions and process cards

Supporting assembly lines and solving production and integration issues

Leading technological improvements

Managing cost models for aerospace products

Collaborating with suppliers and customers

Working with ERP systems

Creating MBOM structures and handling transfer from development to production

Managing cost estimates and ensuring delivery timelines and budgets are met

What we are looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in an aerospace production environment or similar industries - required

Ability to read technical drawings and 3D models - required

Familiarity with production and assembly processes - advantage

Experience with CAD software (UG, CATIA) - advantage

Proficiency in OFFICE and SAP - required

Willingness to travel abroad - required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team

Strong multitasking capabilities and independent problem-solving under pressure

Good command of English - reading, writing, speaking
