- Develop and monitor intelligence on the market access landscape in the affiliate with respect to Novo Nordisk and competition access, healthcare system changes at the national and in the district level, Health Technology Assessment developments and general trends in the field.
- Execute the Affiliate Market Access and Public Affairs Plan based on local needs and strategy aligned with Affiliate ambition.
- Execute strategic Market Access frameworks such as payer engagement, negotiation and objection handling in collaboration with Business Units and Brand-teams.
- Collaborate closely with critical functional areas in affiliate (Marketing and Sales, Customer Excellence, and Medical) to drive aligned actions and tactics for local Market Access.
- Develop and sustain relationships with district managements and Pharmacy chains.
- Direct experience in at least two of the areas: Healthcare system / Brand Value Communications / Payer Engagement / Market Access / Customer insight gathering / Customer value proposition tailoring or utilisation /Negotiation and business acquisition and exposure in other areas desired.
- Experience in building relationships or networks with health care decision makers (Healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, governments, payers, insurers, policy makers and others).
- Experience of delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders and ability to work within a cross functional team.
- Experience of effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key decision makers.
- Experience of analysing complex issues, utilising strategic thinking and implementing tactical plans.
