- Own the full sales cycle for Leo AI's SaaS platform: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and post-sale growth
- Engage directly with mechanical engineering managers, VPs, and CXOs; understand their design workflows and pain points
- Drive up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage the sales pipeline on Hubspot
- Represent Leo AI at industry events, webinars, and meetups in the global mechanical engineering ecosystem
- Excellent, native-level (C2) English proficiency
- Mechanical engineering background with at least two years of professional experience (design, analysis, manufacturing, or similar). Familiar with mechanical product design workflows and CAD tools.
- 3-4 years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, selling to mechanical engineers and leaders of engineering companies, with documented success.
- Direct experience selling software to mechanical engineers (CAD, PLM, CAE, simulation, PDM, additive manufacturing)
- Bachelor's degree from a university
- Based in Israel (hybrid from our offices in Tel-Aviv)
