We are looking for a Sales Manager-Israel -Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) to be based in ISrael who will provide leadership and strategic direction to drive revenue, strategy and execution of sales initiatives to ensure the attainment of company volume and profit objectives. This role leverages leadership, vision, support develop the overall account relationships including maintenance and development of new and existing business opportunities in the assigned regions.The Sales will develop the current accounts and find new potential markets by assigning new distributor and will manage the account Sales & Budget.POSITION PROFILE (Major duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities)

a) Provides leadership and direction to associates through effective coaching, performance management and feedback and development.
b) Determine appropriate product range for the assigned regions.
c) Develop appropriate marketing plans for the market.
d) Responsible for annual budgeted sales and margins.
e) Update forecasts monthly (per corporate standard).
f) Form and maintain critical business relationships (i.e. retailers) to promote brand.
g) Meet or exceed overall financial metrics to include budget, gross margin/international and total sales
h) Manage payment terms in conjunction with appropriate corporate functions and communicate same to distribution

i) Work closely with the International Division in brand headquarters to ensure regional communications around all appropriate matters (i.e. product deliveries, packaging, quality, translation related issues, etc.)REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: (i.e. degree, years of experience, etc.)

Degree minimum: 4 years degree
Specific concentration: Business
Experience level: 5-8 years

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: (i.e. MBA, certifications, etc.)

More than 8 Years of Experience calling on a major National Account, or relevant equivalent. The ideal candidate will have experience in SDA Category , Home Applainces / Consumer Durable Goods or Electronics selling to Mass, Electronics, DIY or Grocery accounts.
