Find out more at .Tufin's Product Management team is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as working closely with customers, sales, R&D, solutions team, business development, and marketing to ensure successful product releases, high customer satisfaction and growth.As the Security & Compliance Product manager, your focus would be SecureTrack - Tufin's network visibility & compliance solution. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of capabilities in this domain. You will be making strategic decisions to balance business goals with technological capabilities. You will collaborate with engineers to define product specifications, while also working with marketing, sales and selected customers to ensure the products and capabilities resonate with the market, meet customer needs and substantially contribute to Tufin's business growth.Key Responsibilities

Work closely with R&D teams to define, and plan new product capabilities.
Collaborate with sales, services, and customer success teams to align product priorities with common needs in the field.
Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product effectively
Analyze business opportunities through customer, market, and competitive research to ensure market leadership and high impact on Tufin's business growth
Engage with customers to effectively gather ideas, needs, use cases, and requirements.
Support marketing in creating sales enablement tools, product collateral, messaging briefs, and training, for impactful product launches and GTM success.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in B2B product management.
Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into valuable solutions.
Background in networking or network security products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in delivering presentations in English.
Experience with agile development (SCRUM).
A self-motivated team player with a passion for problem-solving and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and multiple stakeholders.

Advantage

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (computer science, data science, statistics, industrial engineering) or an MBA in Information Technology or a related field.
