- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
- Deeply understand client goals, challenges, and technical environments.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
- Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless and value-driven start.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal QA and product teams.
- Advocate for clients internally, influencing product improvements and innovation.
- Act as a proactive, hands-on partner - not just a vendor.
- 3-5 years of Account Management experience (SaaS strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience owning the full client lifecycle - onboarding to expansion.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex solutions to business value.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable - you take initiative and get things done.
