A Cyber startup company developing intelligence-driven cybersecurity products for democratic governments and security agencies to combat terrorism and organized crime.The company is based in central Tel Aviv, near a light rail station, and employs around 500 people all located in Israel.About the Role-

Lead a team of 3 developers, with plans for team expansion
Report to the Full Stack Group Manager
Approximately 60% hands-on development
Work on a modern, scalable system used by high-impact security organizations
Tech stack includes Go, Node.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Storybook, Kubernetes, Microservices

Requirements-

2+ year experience leading an engineering team
4+ year experience developing both server and client modules
Experience with design of distributed systems, microservice architectures, queues
Advantages:
Former experience in other disciplines (QA/automation/product)
