Join our fast-growing SaaS startup and drive adoption of our innovative platform within enterprise accounts!We're seeking a driven Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in enabling our enterprise clients to maximize the value of our SaaS solution. You'll partner with sales and customer success teams to provide technical expertise, drive successful onboarding, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.If you're a hands-on technologist with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping businesses succeed, this is the opportunity for you!What You'll Do:

Drive Technical Enablement: Provide expert technical guidance to clients during the sales process and throughout their lifecycle.
Lead Onboarding & Implementation: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and configuration of our platform.
Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions, and provide timely resolutions to client inquiries.
Develop & Deliver Training: Create and deliver training materials and workshops to empower clients to effectively use our platform.
Collaborate with Product: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement.
Develop Custom Solutions: Develop and implement custom solutions to meet specific client needs.

What You'll Bring:

3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical role.
Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise IT environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with [Mention relevant technologies, e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, scripting languages].
Experience in the [Mention relevant industry, e.g., marketing, security] industry is a plus.
