Support the events team in terms of sick leave and planned annual leave
Support the facilities administrator to cover sick leave and planned annual leave in terms of tasks and social posts and the updating of both
Work with the on site facilities team to ensure all reactive tasks are dealt with in a dealt within KPI’s
Assist with ad hoc task including event set up, furniture moves, desk moves and facilities operations tasks
Provides support for external contractors, guests, visitors and employees during events and in the day to day running of the office environment
Provide support for meetings room audits
Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.
Ensure completion of daily checks and delivery of committed services and overall client satisfaction Demonstrate responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery
Ensure appropriate follow up with customers in terms of updating tasks, responding to social posts and managing face to face interactions with clients
Ad hoc duties from time to time to support the rest of the facilities team
Experience in a hands-on role working within a fast paced facilities environment
Outstanding customer service skills and orientation
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Ability to multitask and work with limited supervision
Proficient in MS Office with excellent written and verbal skills
