Partnerships & Affiliate Manager

- Develop and execute the global affiliate strategy to drive scalable user acquisition across multiple geographies
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners - from content sites to large-scale media networks
- Negotiate and manage contracts, commercial terms, and campaign structures
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities through data analysis and testing
- Own day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring strong communication, high performance, and long-term retention
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Product, BI, Legal, Engineering) to develop effective creative, tracking, and reporting infrastructure
- Stay current on industry trends in performance marketing, affiliate networks, and compliance to ensure a best-in-class program
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or digital acquisition - preferably in a global consumer tech or DTC company
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performance affiliate or partnership programs
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset - able to make decisions based on data and test results
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Self-starter with high ownership, strong relationship-building skills, and a bias for action
