From real-time bidding engines and predictive lead scoring to campaign automation and anomaly detection, our in-house AI models are central to how we scale campaigns, reduce inefficiencies, and outperform market benchmarks.We've built and continue to evolve a robust internal platform to empower media buyers, analysts, and operators with real-time alerts, smart recommendations, and semi-autonomous optimization tools.We're seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization. This is a strategic executive role responsible for shaping our long-term tech vision, strengthening our AI infrastructure, and scaling our development team. The ideal candidate blends strong leadership with deep technical knowledge and a passion for innovation through artificial intelligence.Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the company's technology roadmap with a strong AI-first mindset
Manage and grow the development team, fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture
Oversee architecture, security, infrastructure, and scalability of all technology systems
Guide the development of AI models and systems for media optimization, lead scoring, fraud detection, and campaign automation
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge
Collaborate with other executives to align tech strategy with business and media performance goals
Ensure data privacy, compliance, and stability across all systems and integrations
Champion continuous improvement, technical excellence, and experimentation

Requirements:

8-10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (MSc or PhD a plus)
Strong background in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning - including experience leading teams that build or deploy AI products
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, LLMs, or predictive modeling
Proven ability to scale engineering teams and build a strong tech culture
Deep knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS), and DevOps
Previous experience in ad tech, martech, or performance marketing - strong advantage
Experience working in or with global organizations - advantage
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect technical execution to business outcomes
