- Lead and manage large-scale programmatic user acquisition campaigns across multiple DSPs, ad networks, and preload partners.
- Develop and execute performance strategies to meet CPA, ROI, and LTV goals across multiple markets.
- Optimize campaigns through constant A/B testing, bidding strategies, creatives, and segmentation.
- Own relationships with external media partners, DSPs, ad networks, and mobile OEMs.
- Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate closely with creative, data, and product teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Identify and test new media channels and programmatic opportunities to grow our user base efficiently.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic UA campaigns via DSPs (e.g., DV360, Liftoff, Moloco, etc.).
- Experience with ad networks and OEM/preload partners.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- BA/BSc in a quantitative field - advantage.
