We believe in building a culture where “Doing the Impossible” is not a slogan - it's how we operate every day.🧭 The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to take ownership of our brand presence in the U.S. market. This role requires someone who can think strategically and execute precisely -with a strong grasp of branding, marketing, and storytelling.You will lead the brand's strategy, expression, and communication - working across platforms, touchpoints, and teams to create impact.✅ Be Accountable For:

Developing and executing brand strategies for company brands and ICPs
Conducting market research to identify trends, needs, and new opportunities
Overseeing content creation across channels: social media, website, print
Designing and implementing brand communication strategies
Leading and managing marketing campaigns to build brand awareness
Ensuring brand consistency in voice, visuals, and message across platforms
Monitoring and analyzing brand performance using data and KPIs
Managing the brand marketing budget and optimizing for ROI
Building relationships with media, influencers, journalists, and industry partners

🧠 What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Over 5 years of proven experience in brand management for global brands- a must
Native-level or fluent English - a must
Strong expertise in branding, marketing strategy, and market research
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities - able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation and data-based decision-making skills
A true team player with a collaborative spirit and cross-functional communication skills
Familiarity with real estate wholesale and motivated sellers - a strong advantage

🕒 Working Days & HoursSunday-Thursday | Hybrid Setup

Sunday-Monday: Mornings from the office- Hamelacha 3 Floor 4 (Victoria Building) - Tel Aviv
Wednesday: 14:00-22:00 (from the office)
Tuesday, Thursday : From Home
