Associate Scientist/Scientist

• Plan, execute and analyze in-vitro functional assays: Perform immune functional assays in-vitro with primary human cells and cell lines
• Design and establish new experimental systems for evaluating human immunomodulatory molecules on various immune cell subsets (myeloid, T cells, NK cells)
• Plan and execute in-vivo pharmacology studies: tumor cell preparation and inoculation, administration of medications, mice and tumor size follow-up
• Plan and execute multi-parameter flow cytometry analysis of immune cells
• Record results in laboratory notebook, prepare written reports and oral presentations in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely progress of research projects according to the pipeline prioritization
• Temporary position for 9 months

• Ph.D. in Life Sciences (in immunology or related discipline) or M.Sc. with at least 10 years of experience in the biotech industry - must
• Proficiency in cell culture, multi-parametric flow cytometry - must
• Experience in immune cell functional assays in-vitro - must
• Authorization for animal handling - advantage
• Highly skilled in in-vivo mouse tumor models, as well as various methods of administration, dosing (SC, IP, IT and IV) and blood collection (RO, tail vein) - advantage
• Previous work experience in a biotech company - advantage
• A quick learner, efficient in multitasking, highly organized and excellent record keeping
• Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced and evolving organization
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
