Transmit Security delivers the world's leading identity and fraud prevention platform, empowering global enterprises to secure their customers and accelerate digital experiences.Mosaic is our flagship platform, combining orchestration, risk management, identity verification, and more in a unified experience.**About the Role:**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the Identity Management capabilities of the Mosaic platform. This role will focus on advancing the core capabilities of Transmit's Identity Management product-including identity lifecycle, authorization, user profiling, directory services, device and session trust, contextual risk evaluation, and delegated entitlements. You'll help shape intelligent, AI-powered experiences that simplify how identities are managed and secured.What you'll do:

Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Identity Management services, including authorization model, identity risk evaluation, and device trust.
Define how Mosaic evolves to manage AI agents acting on behalf of users, ensuring secure delegation of permissions, lifecycle control, and compliance.
Champion simplified, intuitive experiences for complex identity workflows, empowering security, identity, and business personas alike.
Drive innovation in user governance and analytics, applying AI and data-driven insights to improve security and uncover business opportunities.
Partner closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams to deliver cohesive, scalable features.
Collaborate with product marketing to define messaging and value propositions that support go-to-market and adoption.
Engage with enterprise customers to understand their evolving needs, including AI-driven identity scenarios, and translate them into impactful product improvements.
Measure and improve platform adoption, ease of use, and customer satisfaction across all identity management capabilities.

What you'll need:

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
Demonstrated success managing platform capabilities and complex workflows for large enterprise customers.
Experience working with authorization, access controls, or identity risk management products.
Proven track record of defining and launching impactful products leading to significant business outcomes.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (military service accepted).
