System Integration Engineer | Central District, Israel | MLM - Missile & Space Systems DivisionMLM is seeking a System Integration Engineer to join our leading Systems Integration Division, specializing in the development and testing of advanced weapon systems.The position includes:

Operation and maintenance of integration laboratories for complex weapon systems

Participation in the establishment of new integration labs in collaboration with development and systems engineering teams

Definition and execution of development tests for hardware-software interfaces, process analysis, and system behavior

Performing system integration and testing at various company and customer sites

Design verification testing and execution of system-level validation processes

Establishment of test setups and ground-testing infrastructure

Preparation of test plans and documentation of test results

Collaboration with development teams on system analysis and troubleshooting

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering - required

At least 4 years of experience in system integration or design verification testing - required

Experience with standard lab equipment (oscilloscope, DVM, etc.) - required

Proficiency in standard communication interfaces (physical and logical layers) - required

Experience in maintenance and testing of complex military systems - an advantage

Experience in building and maintaining integration laboratories - an advantage

Previous experience in hardware or software development - an advantage

Background in communication systems - an advantage

Experience with airborne or multidisciplinary systems - an advantage

Strong system-level thinking

Excellent interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in a demanding, field-based environment
