- B2C Affiliate Program Development, Design, launch, and manage affiliates& partnerships, including commission structures, promotional guidelines, and onboarding processes.
- Partner Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with high-potential affiliates, direct publishers, and strategic partners
- Performance Optimization & Data Analysis: Monitor campaign results, work with the analytics team to analyze performance metrics, and apply data-driven insights to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Market Research and “Opportunity Hunting: You are a true “business developer”. Constantly research new opportunities, initiate, develop, and execute marketing initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and revenue through affiliate channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and leverage cross-channel opportunities.
- 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in high-growth online industries.
- Proven track record in partner recruitment, negotiation, and performance optimization.
- Good knowledge with tonline landscape, affiliate management platforms (Voluum, Everflow, Trackdesk etc)
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoys initiating and scaling a business partnership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Bonus points if you have previously built an affiliation unit within a B2C company
