Our platform leverages advanced API solutions to enable real-time currency rates, introduce new payment methods, and deliver a local-like payment experience for cross-border transactions.Our focus on innovation enables us to deliver true financial inclusion for both individuals and businesses around the globe.What You'll DoAs a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sales strategy, Growth effectiveness, and operational decisions by transforming data into insights and actions.Core Responsibilities

Define, track, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to improve product performance and user experience.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems.
Designed and built interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for diverse teams using Tableau.
Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive business outcomes.
Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives: from data collection and modeling to insight delivery and follow-through.
Conduct user funnel analysis, monetization deep-dives, cohort tracking, and retention modeling.
Run and evaluate A/B tests to support data-driven product and marketing decisions.
Define event tracking plans for user interactions (Mixpanel).
Partner with Data Engineers to ensure scalable and clean data models in Snowflake or similar DWHs.
Uphold data integrity through validation, anomaly detection, and quality control measures.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

4-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in a B2C environment.
Hands-on experience in fintech or financial services is a strong advantage.
Proficient in SQL and experience querying large-scale datasets.
Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
Working knowledge of A/B testing, retention modeling, and user funnel analysis.
Experience working with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouses.
Proficiency in defining and interpreting behavioral analytics.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills-verbal, written, and visual.
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred & Bonus Skills

5+ years of total experience in analytics roles.
Experience using Python for data prep, analysis, or statistical modeling.
Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, HubSpot, or marketing automation platforms.
Tableau Creator certification.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company in the Fintech space.
