Compliance & Enforcement Coordinator - Compliance Department - Tel Aviv Stock ExchangeWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance & Enforcement Coordinator to join the Compliance Department of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.This role plays a key part in shaping and maintaining the compliance framework across the group, ensuring regulatory alignment, managing internal controls, and supporting cross-organizational compliance processes.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Group's compliance and enforcement infrastructure.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess compliance risks.
Track relevant legislation and regulations, locally and globally.
Draft policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulation.
Conduct compliance surveys and audits.
Define cross-organizational processes and interfaces.
Perform internal controls and compliance testing across departments.
Support new projects from a compliance perspective.
Act as an internal advisor to departments on compliance matters.

Reporting to: Chief Compliance & Enforcement Officer, Senior VPRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting - required.
Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Law - advantage.
Licensed attorney with experience in writing legal opinions - strong advantage.
Proven experience in compliance and enforcement (Israel and/or international).
Background in a major financial institution, regulator, or global consulting firm - advantage.
Experience writing regulatory-based policies and procedures, and developing control tools.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks (Israel and globally).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Independent learner with strong teamwork skills.
Ability to lead complex topics involving internal and external interfaces.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
