We address the inefficiencies of fragmented tools and multiple subscriptions by offering a seamless solution that integrates company formation, banking, invoicing, client management, website building, and more.About the RoleAre you an experienced Full Stack Developer who's tired of coding but still passionate about driving software projects to success? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead the execution of the Kasha App, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration across teams.In this role, you will oversee timelines, manage deliverables, and act as the key point of communication between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively find solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication

Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable plans for development teams.
Ensure seamless collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Document project progress, timelines, and key decisions.

RequirementsMust-Have:

Background in Full Stack Development - You have strong experience in backend and frontend development and are ready to transition into project management.
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
Solid experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in sprint planning and execution.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for driving projects to completion while meeting high standards.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android, React Native, or Flutter).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or fintech industries.
