This is a full-time, on-site role based in Central Israel (non-hybrid).As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, lead cross-organizational technology projects, and work hands-on in a dynamic SAP S/4HANA environment. You will collaborate with implementation, integration, infrastructure, and architecture teams, and take ownership of code quality, performance, and best practices.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of SAP ABAP developersOversee end-to-end development tasks and ensure alignment with SAP standardsLead complex SAP S/4HANA projects across the organizationDevelop interfaces, enhancements (BADI, User-Exits), Adobe Forms, IDOC, PROXY, CDS Views, and ODataConduct code reviews, performance optimization, and knowledge sharingPromote innovation and continuously improve methodologies and toolsWork closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of experience managing SAP development teams7+ years of ABAP development experience, specifically in SAP S/4HANADeep understanding of SAP enhancement frameworks (Enhancements, BADI, User-Exits)Hands-on experience with Adobe Forms, IDOC, PROXY, CDS Views, and ODataExperience leading complex technical projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (spoken and written)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldNice to Have
  • Experience with FIORI / UI5 development
  • Experience with SAP CPI / PO / PI
  • Background working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
