We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Product to lead our product management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core product line, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the industry. This individual will drive the product strategy, development, and go-to-market initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.**Product Roadmap and Execution-**Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to define and prioritize the product roadmap.Drive the successful execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.**Team Leadership-**Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.**Customer Insights-**Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, gathering feedback through various channels to inform product improvements.Work closely with customer success and support teams to address customer issues and enhance user satisfaction.**Product Lifecycle Management-**Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, optimizing product performance and relevance.Implement effective product pricing strategies and positioning in the market.Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior product management role, with a focus on dev tools or related technologies.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
In-depth knowledge of cloud-native technologies and the challenges associated with securing cloud environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
