System Engineer for Future Interceptor Development | Central District, Israel | Missile & Space Systems DivisionWe are looking for a System Engineer to join the Missile and Space Systems Division.The position includes:

System development in the fields of hardware, mechanics, algorithms, flight sciences, avionics, and software

Defining performance requirements and leading system and interface design

Matrix management of engineering teams and subject-matter experts throughout all design stages, production, and system lifecycle support

Coordinating design requirement specifications with both the customer and the primary system engineering team

Defining design verification processes, required testing, and supporting analyses

Leading engineering reviews, test analysis, feasibility studies, and exploration of advanced technologies

Providing engineering support for business processes

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics - required

At least 5 years of engineering development experience in airborne systems - required

At least 3 years of experience with multidisciplinary systems involving mechanics, electronics, and software - required

Familiarity with air defense or missile defense systems - an advantage
