
Sr. People Technology Project Manager

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for People technology solutions.
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HR systems and modules.
- Manage HRIS projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Develop and execute test plans for system implementations and upgrades.
- Support system integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
- Contribute to the automation of HR workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain user documentation and provide training to system users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.
- Proven experience working with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Comeet, Glint etc.).
- Understanding of HR processes and the application of technology to improve them.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting concepts.
- Experience in a fast-growing organization is a plus.
