Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with product and business goals
Partner with researchers to bring innovative security concepts into real-world applications
Participate in code reviews and champion best practices for clean, secure, and efficient code
Identify and help mitigate vulnerabilities in application architectures
Keep up with the latest trends in Rust development, cloud infrastructure, blockchain, and cybersecurity

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in backend developer
Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and modern development practices
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools/processes
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent practical experience
