- Own and maintain our TAM (Total Addressable Market) framework - including ICP segmentation and account-level data enrichment.
- Lead the territory and account assignment process across GTM teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, and territory coverage.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to operationalize GTM strategy: routing, scoring, attribution, segmentation.
- Manage day-to-day revenue operations initiatives, tooling, and process improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks, build automation, and help teams move faster with better data.
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, BizOps, Marketing, Sales Operations or a similar GTM role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (bonus: Salesforce, Clearbit, enrichment tools).
- Proven experience managing or building TAM/ICP frameworks.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
- High-level English - both written and verbal.
