A leading global corporation is looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join its R&D team.This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality, test automation, and BDD practices. You'll be working hands-on with Python, Cypress, and Gherkin, building and maintaining test frameworks that ensure high system quality across all layers - from OS and file systems to APIs and databases.🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Cypress
Write BDD test scenarios using Gherkin
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test planning and coverage
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple tech layers
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through automation
Continuously improve and expand the automation framework
Document test plans, strategies, and outcomes

✅ Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in automation testing

Strong hands-on experience with Python and Cypress

Proven ability to write BDD scenarios using Gherkin

Solid understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows), system architecture, and file systems

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
