We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with proven leadership capabilities and deep technical expertise to drive complex software initiatives across web and mobile platforms. This role demands a unique combination of technical acumen, stakeholder management excellence, and the ability to inspire teams in dynamic, multi-faceted organizational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end management of complex web and mobile development projects from conception to delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders
Drive project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies

Technical Requirements & Solution Design

Define comprehensive technical requirements and functional specifications for web and mobile applications
Work closely with development teams to architect scalable solutions and technology roadmaps
Translate business objectives into actionable technical deliverables and project milestones

Team Motivation & Stakeholder Management

Inspire and motivate diverse teams across multiple departments and organizational levels
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Build consensus and drive decision-making in complex organizational structures

Required QualificationsLeadership & Experience

5+ years of project management experience in complex organizational environments
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale web and mobile projects
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams of 10+ members

Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.)
Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter)
Experience with software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello)

Core Competencies

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Background in software architecture and system design
Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments
