Join the autonomous driving revolution by contributing to cutting-edge AI-based solutions for perception, planning, and prediction in next-generation automotive platforms. As part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team, you'll design and develop software that brings advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies to life.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers from the initial project phase to define and architect system-level solutions on AI chipsets.
Drive the resolution of system-wide challenges across architecture, integration, implementation, performance, and safety domains.
Develop and maintain continuous integration and testing strategies (CI/CD).
Own the design and implementation of a neural network (NN) performance and accuracy regression framework.
Work closely with internal AI and perception teams to ensure high-performance, reliable delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in software development (industry or academia).
Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch and object detection neural networks.
Solid hands-on experience working with Linux-based systems.
Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, and embedded software development.
Proven ability to work independently and learn quickly in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of neural network quantization and performance tuning.
Experience with real-time Linux (RTOS).
Familiarity with vision/NN acceleration SDKs and frameworks such as OpenCV, OpenCL, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
Proficiency with standard development tools including toolchains, IDEs, and version control systems.
