Operating in a fast-paced, product-centric environment with strong engineering culture, we work in small, agile squads where every contribution makes a direct impact on our users' lives.We're looking for a talented System Analyst to take a central role in shaping the core customer management infrastructure of our platform - a critical cross-organizational initiative that will redefine how customer data and identity are handled system-wide.What you will do:

Conduct in-depth analysis of the current system architecture and user management flows
Collaborate with architects to design a new core system (TO-BE architecture) for balance and customer identity management
Write clear and detailed high-level and low-level specifications
Drive end-to-end project implementation: from initial mapping and design to production deployment
Interface with cross-functional R&D teams including backend, frontend, architecture, and DevOps
Operate within Agile squads, participating in ceremonies and delivery sprints

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience in system analysis
Proven experience in system analysis of complex, cross-organizational processes
Working with multiple interfaces across business and technology stakeholders
Working in Agile methodology with exposure to modern methods and architectures
Proven experience in TO-BE architecture planning and understanding of backend system design
Familiarity with banking systems- an advantage
Experience as a Scrum Master - an advantage
Highly responsible, independent, organized, and service-oriented
