Insait is an innovative SaaS company specializing in developing LLM-based solutions for the financial and insurance industries. We work with major clients globally, building B2B2C applications at the forefront of technology, deeply integrating AI, product, and data.About the Role:About the Role:We're looking for a passionate LLM Solutions Engineer who can bridge business requirements with cutting-edge LLM technology. In this role, you'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, design effective prompt strategies and automated LLM workflows, and ensure every solution meets the highest enterprise standards before deployment.This is a hands-on, fast-paced startup role where you'll combine prompt engineering, workflow design, and rigorous evaluation to deliver real-world AI products that perform reliably at scale.Responsibilities:

Partner with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into LLM-powered workflows.
Design, refine, and optimize high-quality prompts and automated flows that solve real-world enterprise use cases.
Build structured evaluation plans to test workflows against accuracy, reliability, and compliance standards.
Identify and resolve edge cases to ensure consistent, production-ready performance.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to iterate quickly and drive product improvements.
Act as an advocate for best practices in LLM development, ensuring solutions meet enterprise-grade expectations.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with LLMs or generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Strong expertise in prompt engineering and workflow design, with proven ability to optimize for performance.
Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with testing/QA methodologies for AI workflows - automation experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers directly.
Passion for LLMs, with a fast-learning mindset and a desire to build innovative AI-driven products.
High proficiency in English.
