In this role, you will provide subject-matter expertise in global IT, collaborating closely with all company teams and functions to support the business, resolve issues, maintain and update software and hardware assets, and drive continuous improvements to our IT infrastructure.What You'll Do:Role Overview● Act as the sole IT business partner and the go-to expert for all IT-related matters.● Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across various enterprise systems.IT Operations & Support● Manage, set up, install, and maintain corporate networks, operating systems, and software.● Provide technical support and handle escalations efficiently.● Perform preventive maintenance, auditing, and troubleshooting of ongoing malfunctions.● Respond and investigate information security incidents.● Introduce IT service management principles and KPIs to enhance efficiency.User Management & Access Control● Manage user accounts, profiles, conduct periodic access reviews and handle user lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.● Ensure security of user identity through Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, especially in Azure environments.assure SSO integration, identity federation protocols, and automated provisioning via Entra Workflows.Security & Risk Management● Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.● Maintain anti-virus software and other corporate security tools.● Identify and treat IT risks, and implement robust access control policies.Assets, Licensing & Procurement● Procure hardware, software, and licenses as needed.● Manage and track software licensing and hardware capacity.● Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and usage efficiency.Knowledge Management● Manage and maintain company knowledge base platforms such as Confluence or Notion.● 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role within a SAAS company.● Expertise in Azure AD, OKTA, MDM (Intune), Firewall, DNS, and similar technologies.● Hands-on experience and strong understanding of MacOS and Windows.● Experience in implementing, operating, and maintaining modern IT services, such as SaaS solutions, video conferencing, and remote work infrastructure.● Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.● Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to perform under demanding conditions.● Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.● Experience with Azure is an advantage.
