Job Description Summary We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Senior Image Quality Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge image quality algorithms and physics innovations for our Molecular Imaging business. Based at our Haifa site, this role will drive excellence in image quality performance, guiding a team of expert algorithm engineers and physicists, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of molecular imaging.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced image quality algorithms and physics models for molecular imaging systems.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of algorithm developers and physicists.
Collaborate with product management to define image quality metrics, performance targets, and validation strategies.
Influence strategic direction and resource planning for image quality initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, academic research, and emerging technologies to inform innovation.
Solve complex technical challenges using sound judgment, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement by integrating best practices and novel approaches into product development.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in image processing, computer vision, and algorithm development.
Experience in medical imaging or health technology product development.
Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning techniques applied to imaging.
Software development experience is a strong advantage (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
