Pagaya has offices in New York and Tel Aviv. For more information, visit .**As Senior Risk Analyst, you will be a part of a growing organization within the company. The Risk Management department's mission is to analyze, review, and mitigate risk in decision making processes across Pagaya.As Part Of Your Role, You Will

Review and analyze machine learning models and credit policies to determine the presence of any disparate impact using banking industry standard metrics
Build a detailed reporting process to assess on a quarterly and annual basis the continued compliance of Pagaya's credit models with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Pagaya's Research team to develop less discriminatory alternative models when needed and provide complete documentation of the process
Perform comprehensive evaluations of portfolio performance by demographics to enhance fair lending reporting and analysis
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as research, portfolio operations, product, and engineering, to identify the fair lending risks of new models and/or policies
Prepare on demand data analysis and reports for Pagaya's various stakeholders including management using Python/SQL/other data analysis instruments, processing large and complex data sets
Gain a wide knowledge of Pagaya's operational, business, and technological activities in order to add value and support achieving Pagaya's goals

Requirements5+ years experience processing and analyzing data using Python (pandas, seaborn, etc.); SQL a mustProven experience in identifying and analyzing deficiencies, driving solutions and mitigationsExcellent communication and presentation skills5+ years experience in both of the following:Banking, finance, or other relevant data-driven roles within an international organizationOne or more of the following areas: fair lending analysis, credit risk modeling, financial consulting, business analytics, or relevant data operationsB.A/M.A/MBA graduate (Economics, Statistics, Finance or similar quantitative disciplines) with an exceptional academic track recordVery high level of English (verbal and written), including the ability to write and present articulated documentation and processes in English. The role requires daily proficiency in both Hebrew and English - written and spokenAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and get things doneAbility to independently learn new subjects and understand the impact on the day to day of an existing organizationAdvantage

Proficiency in coding and other data science related disciplines
Experience in banking, credit risk or other financial companies
Proven experience in financial data modeling
Experience in data visualization tools such as Looker / Tableau etc
Experience in Fintech, or other relevant data-driven companies
Experience with US Banking regulations, including Fair Lending laws a plus
