Pool4Ever is a global cryptocurrency mining and exchange platform, live since 2022.We support over 40 coins with SOLO and PPLNS payout methods, and serve thousands of users daily with a secure, high-performance infrastructure hosted in our own private data center.We are now expanding our Exchange using the robust OpenCEX open-source framework and are looking for a technical co-founder to join us as CTO (Backend).🧠 Requirements - Technical Stack (Must-Haves):

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with OpenCEX - Mandatory
Deep knowledge of Python and Django
Experience with Gunicorn, ASGI, Daphne, WebSockets
Proficient with Docker & Docker Compose (multi-container setups)
Strong SQL & PostgreSQL skills (indexes, joins, optimizations)
Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions
Experience managing production/staging environments & logs
Familiar with PyCharm or similar IDEs
Solid Linux/Ubuntu Server experience

🛠 Role Responsibilities:

Full backend ownership of the OpenCEX platform
Integration of new crypto tokens and standalone coins (via RPC, API, Explorer)
Ensure scalability, performance, uptime, and security
Manage Dockerized infrastructure, databases, and monitoring
Collaborate directly with the founder on architecture and product direction
Lead the backend roadmap and mentor future tech hires
Experience with Angular (v15-v20)
DevOps knowledge (NGINX, Docker Registry, reverse proxies)
Past contributions to open-source or blockchain projects

💼 Position Details:

📍 100% Remote
⏱️ Full-time commitment
💰 Equity-based partnership (not salaried):
Year 1: 5% of net profits
Year 2: 6%
Year 3 and beyond: 7%
