Job Description:Establishes and maintains the general accounting reporting and practices for the organization. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and/or review necessary journal entries for properly stated ledgers and financial statements in accordance with regulations (e.g., GAAP) and company policy. May perform bookkeeping or account management duties. Includes accounts payable, cost accounting, cash management and Controllers responsible for only accounting.Receiving invoices and preparing paymentsOnboarding new suppliersReviewing and recording travel reports for employees traveling abroadConducting quarterly fixed asset counts and overseeing inventory counts Assisting with month-end closing: reports, reconciliationsProviding additional support in the finance department as directed by the chief accountantJob Requirements:Accounting certification Level 2 or higher - mandatoryAt least 3 years of experience in accounting - mandatoryExperience in an industrial company - significant advantageExperience working with suppliers - mandatoryGood level of English, with emphasis on correspondence with overseas suppliersExperience working with Excel - mandatoryExperience with PRIORITY, SAP software - significant advantageAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOperating Company: Implant DirectEnvista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
