- 1+ years experience in a sales/ CSM/ Account manager position.
- English and Italian - Native speaker - Written and verbal.
- Experience in the financial/ CFD industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality services and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, assertive with the ability to close sales.
- Familiarity with computers and experience using basic Office programs and CRM solutions.
