As we expand our cutting-edge R&D efforts, we are looking for a highly motivated R&D Project Manager Officer to join our growing team.**Role Summary**As an R&D Project Manager Officer at Waterfall Security, you'll manage a portfolio of innovative, mission-critical R&D projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution, from planning through delivery.Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end R&D project lifecycles
Develop project plans, track budgets and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate progress to leadership and key stakeholders
Promote process improvements and innovation

Requirements

BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of project management experience (3+ in R&D)
Proven success managing complex, high-impact projects
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, or Asana
Fluent English; Hebrew an advantage

Preferred

Experience in OT, cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure
PMP certification or Agile experience
Experience working with global teams
