V&V Systems Engineer | Central District, Israel | MLM - Missile & Space Systems DivisionIAI is seeking a V&V Systems Engineer to join the Missile and Space Systems Division.The position includes:

Defining, planning, and executing system-level validation activities
Writing validation documentation from the planning stage through results analysis
Planning and performing validation for laboratory simulations and operational tools
Conducting system tests at operational sites
Leading investigations into operational system findings and defining engineering responses
Leading and participating in system-level tests
Managing communication with the customer

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, Software Engineering, or Exact Sciences - required
Relevant Master's degree - strong advantage
Experience in planning and executing integration and validation of complex systems - required
Experience as a System Engineer - advantage
Experience with MATLAB or Python - advantage
Military or professional experience with weapons systems - advantage
A system-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate with engineering and managerial stakeholders in a matrix environment, along with self-learning ability and adaptability to dynamic environments
